Abstract

Bckground : Anaphylaxis during pregnancy is a rare but catastrophic for both mother and infant. Immediete treatment and coorporation between internal medicine, obstetric and intensivist is necessary to prevent mortality and morbidity. We reported an anaphylactic shock case in a 30-week pregnant woman.

Case : The 20-year-old woman with 30 weeks of pregnancy comes with symptomp and sign match with anaphylaxis shock few minutes after consumes tuna.

Result : After injection epinephrine 0,3 cc intramuscular two times, 2 lpm oxygen nasal canul, position mother on the left side, elevate her lower extremity, loading NaCl 0,9% 1000 cc, methylprednisolone 2x62.5 mg IV, and avoid allergen. Consultation to the obstetric didnâ€™t find fetal distress. Consultation to the intensivist monitor for 2 days at HCU.

Conclution : Positioning mother on the left side, immediete treatment and coorporation between internal medicine, obstetric and intensivist are very important in the management anaphylaxis with pregnancy
