Penile carcinoma is a malignancy of the penis that is commonly found in Indonesia, the cause is not known with certainty but involves multifactor. This retrospective descriptive research design to know the characteristics of patients with penis carcinoma at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar in 2014. Most patients age group 40 to 60 years, have no formal education and work as a farmer. Patients receive neo-adjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy and partial surgery or total penectomy with superficial inguinal lymph node dissection. Histopathologic results obtained 90 percent were squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and 70 percent moderately differentiated (G2) and 10 percent intravenous or intraneural invasion. Forty percent of patients come with a pathological stage T3 and 20 percent N1. First-trimester follow-up 1 patient died of recurrent tumors of inguinal KGB and pulmonary metastases, then the second trimester 1 patient died due to adjuvant chemotherapy (without recurrent tumor and metastasis). Most patients come with an advanced stage that greatly affects the outcome of chemotherapy or surgery.
